Navtex Receivers
NAVTEX is a world-wide systems of navigation, safety and weather information,
broadcast by individual nations under the general authority of the IMO. The Nasa
Navtex receiver displays these messages in text on a LCD screen. Unwanted messages
can be programmed out by alphabetical code.

and 7m cable - masthead mounting is unnecessary; pushpit or deck mounting is
all that is required.
Navtex Pro Receiver
The
Navtex 'Pro model has a memory of 800 lines which is programmable for 8 days
ahead and which can retain message information for up to 14 days. The standard
models have 200 line memories which are programmable for only 2 days, with 7
day information retention. The 'Pro' model also displays messages in a more
easy-to-read layout, with a line space between each message and no broken words
at line ends.
